小学和幼儿园分别占据了建筑的首层和顶层，四面均以窗户围绕，并通过位于中间的公共楼层形成连接。小学和幼儿园的入口被设置在相反的两个立面，且二者各自拥有专属的户外空间。立面承载了楼板的重量，圆柱形的核心筒将楼梯和电梯间围绕起来。两个入口立面为建筑提供了同一个方向的支撑，核心筒的弧形墙壁则承载了另一个方向的力。

Primary school and kindergarten occupy the first floor and top floor of the building, surrounded by windows on all sides and connected through the public floor in the middle. The entrances of primary school and kindergarten are set on the opposite facades, and each has its own outdoor space. The facade carries the weight of the floor, and the cylindrical core tube surrounds the staircase and elevator. The two entrance facades provide support in the same direction for the building, while the arc wall of the core tube carries the force in the other direction.
