The designer displays the strange clouds in the sky in the restaurant with intention, bringing people extraordinary dining experience.

即使是变化无常的云，也会有新的种类诞生。Asperatus(波涛云)最早是于2006年被拍摄记录，它们像一层水体覆盖在大地上，并在云面上卷起一道又一道粗糙而松散的不规则波浪。 这种云极为罕见，外观扭曲妖异，世界气象组织已经正式承认了Asperatus，将它收录进《国际云图》。设计师扭坚为柔，随机多曲面折弯的金属曲面如纸般柔软，与光产生微妙的反应，带有拙朴的手工质感。 

Even the fickle clouds will bring forth new kinds. Asperatus (wave cloud) was first recorded in 2006. They are like a layer of water covered on the ground and roll up rough and loose irregular waves on the cloud surface. This kind of cloud is extremely rare and its appearance is twisted and weird. The World Meteorological Organization has officially recognized asperatus and included it in the international cloud chart. The designers twist the rigid surface to be soft, and the random multi curved surface bends the metal surface as soft as paper, which has a subtle reaction with light and a simple hand feel.

整个餐厅设计的核心区域手握寿司吧的上方，是空间叙事的核心部件 —“云层”，即是扭曲的铝材，经由人工的弯折，金属的坚韧转化为云的柔性。依赖其穿插游走，创造出全新的、不规则的自由形态。 金与木，温热与冷静，直线与曲线，在空间中交融为总体的温和。寿司吧化作舞台，台面上的操作映射为表演，绿色的波浪穿孔板像幕布微收，这种动势在平和中带来了律动。

The core area of the whole restaurant design is above the sushi bar, which is the core component of the spatial narrative - "cloud", that is, twisted aluminum. Through artificial bending, the tenacity of metal is transformed into the flexibility of cloud. Depending on it, we can create a new and irregular form of freedom. Gold and wood, warmth and calmness, straight lines and curves, blend into the overall gentleness in space. The sushi bar is turned into a stage. The operation on the table is mapped to the performance. The green wave perforated plate is like a curtain, which brings rhythm in peace.
