Element Plus时尚家具公司上海展厅兼办公室原来是一个零售店的二层，为了保证展示厅的层高要求，入口被赋予特别的考虑。办公设计团队模糊了前台的概念，将原本属于前台的区域向展厅空间开放和划分，打破了边界，一改传统前台的设计，为了优化人流动线，抵消办公空间和展示空间的直接相连，设计师设计了一些缓冲区域穿插在整个空间中，Co-working和艺术品区这些空间不但缓冲了空间的关系，也增加了空间的层次感。

走入大厅，一侧是展厅，另一侧则布满绿植，使得展示空间富有勃勃生机。前台联合办公起到展示和办公共存的缓冲作用，后场则为正式办公区域。

为了更加的和谐统一，办公室装修设计公司弱化了展厅的一部分展示功能，以适应办公空间的需求和标准，通过了大量的吸音材料和复杂的声学处理来降低展厅区域的噪声和本身高楼层带来的回响，又充分利用展厅的优势，如水景、垂直植物及艺术品来丰富办公环境，虽然展厅+办公的空间形式增加了如何实现WELL的复杂性，却在最终呈现的空间使用感受上又达到了一个不一样的体验。
