NEX recently completed the UK's first A-class office space renovation project based on the principle of circular economy for its client, British land real estate. The renovation of the office building aims to create a totally different environment from the past by reusing and transforming the existing decoration. 循环式翻修：通过重新改造前租户留下的现成材料、设备和家具来打造一个全新的室内空间。位于首层的10米高（100㎡）的绿色生态墙是整个办公楼装修的核心，这道墙朝向Euston路，是由大型的热带植物与弧形的竹制吸声板编织而成，有助于提高空间内的人体舒适度。墙上种植的38种植物是由NASA的一份研究白皮书中挑选出来，对于改善室内空气质量有着积极的作用。

In the several floors above the office building, the new office space reuses the old materials extensively to reduce the waste and carbon impact. The existing conference room has been rearranged, and the elevated floor and lighting have been repaired and re debugged.
